Self-service password reset (SSPR) provides you the ability to reset your password, with no administrator intervention, when and where you need to. This account authenticates: GSuite, TheCore, Amdsb Sharepoint, Compass, Clevr, eNav, Minecraft, Skype, eBase, Office365, Amdsb domain enrolled Windows based computers, and more…
As an end user, you can reset your password or unlock your account yourself, by using the Amdsb self-service password reset (SSPR) website. Before you can use this functionality however, you must register your chosen security questions and their corresponding answers.
Self-service password reset includes:
• Password change: I know my password but want to change it to something new.
• Password reset: I can’t sign in and want to reset my password using one or more approved authentication methods.
• Account unlock: I can’t sign in because my account is locked out and I want to unlock using one or more approved authentication methods.
If you have difficulty registering for, or using password self service, please either enter an eBase ticket or send an email to email@example.com.
